Falcon Club operates 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM - Monday through Sunday (Ride Hours).
Falcon Club Customer Service Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Saturday.
Rides can be booked months in advance, however we require a 24-hour notice for all bookings.
We offer extended hours for premium members only and surcharges apply. To inquire about our membership or request more information please click here.
We are piloting a service to accommodate short notice requests (less than 24 hours) exclusively for Premium Members. To submit a request, enter in the requested ride details in the Falcon Club app and select the service level “Short Notice Service Request”. Please include the number of passengers so we may send the appropriate vehicle. If we can accommodate your request, we will assign a driver and if we cannot we will cancel/decline the ride. You can expect us to accept or decline, in most cases, within one to two hours.
When booking a ride, click on “Extra Details” in the bottom left corner of the Falcon Club App. There is a button to select “Round Trip.”
When booking please enter the pick-up address and the final destination. Click on “Extra Details” in the bottom left corner of the Falcon Club app and enter text describing the other stops in the “Driver Notes” section.
Send a message to your driver through the Falcon Club App. Please note that your driver may be with another client but will respond to your message as soon as it’s safe to do so. We will accommodate change requests per availability.
Your business is very important to us. We understand that things happen that may require changes to your reservation. If you need to cancel your reserved ride we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the expected service cost. Cancellations fees will be charged directly to the card we have on file for you. Any cancellations made within 4 hours will be charged at 100% the estimation fare.
Gratuity can be added in the Falcon Club app immediately after your ride is completed.
